I Bill totalizing/bill transfer
The bill totalizing function is used to total multiple bills when, for example, a particular guest pays not only
his or her bill, but also the bills of other guests.
This function is also used to merge one or more other bills into a single bill.
• Bill totalizing/bill transfer under the room
Procedure
(1) Touch the [B.T. IN] key.
(2) Perform any of the following operations.
• In the graphical table layout screen, touch one or more designated tables to be moved. (The tables will
be highlighted.)
• In the open table list screen, touch one or more designated tables to be moved. (The tables will be
highlighted.)
• When the numeric table number entry is selected, enter the designated table number.
(3) Touch the [B.T. IN] key.
(4) Perform any of the following operations.
• In the graphical table layout screen, select (touch) the destination table.
• In the open table list screen, enter the destination table number in the displayed ten-key window.
• When the numeric table number entry is selected, enter the destination table number in the displayed
ten-key window.
(5) The registration screen is displayed.
NOTE
• When the table is already opened to enter orders, perform the following operations.
Touch the [B.T. IN] key.
Enter the destination table number.
The registration screen is displayed.
