INSTALLATION

Air conditioner location
Place the air conditioner on a firm, flat
surface. The minimum distance between
the air conditioner and any walls or
objects is 50 cm.
Installing the Exhaust Hose
Step 1: Fit both Hose end connectors to
the Exhaust hose.
Note! Do not use extension pieces for
the Exhaust hose as this will reduce
performance and possibly result in
damage to the air conditioner.
Step 2: Fit the Exhaust hose to the
Exhaust outlet at the rear of the air
conditioner.
Step 3: Open a window and fit the
Window kit. Extend the attachments as
required and lock them in place with the
screw provided. The Window kit can be
installed horizontally or vertically, to suit
your window type.
Important! Ensure the outlet is not
obstructed.

Step 4: Fit the Exhaust hose to the
Window kit.
Note! Keep the Exhaust hose as short
and straight as possible to maximise the
cooling potential.
Important! Hot moist air will be emitted
outside through the Exhaust hose. It is
critical to the performance of the unit that
all of the exhaust air is removed from the
space being cooled.
Air deflector
The Air deflection louvres can be set to
a desired position manually. Keep the
vanes fully open during operation.
