OPERATION SOUNDS

Use this menu to set the confirming audio signals when the camera is turned
on/off or when the operation buttons ([
button, etc.) are pressed, to adjust the operation sound volume, and to
enable/disable the audio guide.

Display the OPTION MENU (page 120).

Select the operation beep icon ?,
and press the SET button.
h The Operation Beep Setting Screen
appears.
h The current settings are shown on
the screen.
h If "ALL OFF" is selected and the
SET button pressed, all the
operation sounds are muted.
h When "ALL OFF" is selected, the
"CHANGE SETTINGS" indication
changes to "ON". If "ON" is then
selected and the SET button is
pressed, "ON" changes to
"CHANGE SETTINGS".
TURN ON/OFF:
Mute or enable the sound that is
produced when the power is turned on
or off.
SHUTTER:
Select the sound that is produced
when the [
when a photo is taken using the self-
timer.
KEY SW:
Select the sound that is produced
when the SET button, MENU button,
etc. are pressed.
AUDIO GUIDE:
Mute or enable the camera's audio
help guide.
