The phone does not ring
Make sure the ringer volume is not set to off.
Make sure BT Softphone status is not set to Do Not Disturb.
Check ringer device is correct in options/devices menus, ie BT Agile
handset should be ringer device selected.
Check that 'Mute all sounds' is not active on the options menu.
No sound during call
Turn up the earpiece volume, see page 12.
Check the handset is still plugged in.
Your caller cannot hear you
Make sure the microphone is not set to Secrecy.
Make sure the call is not on hold.
Cannot make or receive BT Broadband calls
Make sure your BT Softphone status is not offline.
Check that the USB cable is connected properly.
Cannot make BT Softphone calls
Check your account to see if you have enough credit.
If the above solutions still do not solve your problem, remove the
phone from the computer wait 10 seconds, plug in the handset and
restart BT Softphone.
