Dial a contact
1. Scroll

If you do not have 'Call immediately' selected in the Options/Application menu
(see page 15), the first time you press Send, the contact number will be displayed in
the call details panel and you have to press Send again to make the call.

to select an alternative number before you make the call from the
window that opens when the contact is selected.
End a call

Answer a call
Handset and/or PC speaker rings (depending on device set up – see page
17). When a call comes in, your handset rings and the call light flashes.

The ringer volume level can be increased in the Options Devices menu. In addition, using
the same menu, Softphone can be set to ring through the PC speakers to increase the
volume further, see pages 16 & 17.
