Ethernet switch power problem
Each Ethernet switch receives power from one power control assembly (PCA)
outlet, outlet J7. The upper (SW1) Ethernet switch obtains its power from the PCA
which is located on the right side of the machine. The lower (SW2) Ethernet switch
obtains its power from the PCA located on the left side of the machine.
1. Locate the Ethernet switch that is failing by observing if the Ethernet switch
2. Ensure that the each end of the Ethernet switch power cord is properly

To remove the old Ethernet switch do the following:

Ethernet switch. If the LED is off, continue to step 2.
