TROUBLESHOOTING
CONDITION
Flame goes out while in use

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Empty gas cylinder
Air mixed in hoses
Blockage
Gas cylinder valve close
Air mixed in the hoses
Rubber hose wrapped, deformed or
pinched
Spark escaping
No spark
Damage to hose
Leakage
Burner went off
Incorrect combustion
Blockage of burner pots
Air/Gas mixture screw in burner
incorrect
SOLUTION
Replace cylinder
Re-ignite and allow operating for a
short while, till clears out
Seek professional assistance
Turn off knob button, then open the
cylinder valve
Re-ignite and allow operating for a
short while, till clears out.
Release hose, ensure not damaged or
leaking
Ensure the spark probe is in place, not
deformed, clean.
Seek professional assistance.
Turn cylinder valve off, replace hose.
Leak-test, and tighten where required.
If leakage can't be rectified, cease
using appliance, and seek professional
assistance
Shut off valves, wait for 5 minutes and
reignite

Clean the burner thoroughly. If

Try to open screw to remove yellow.
