1-6. Indicator Display

In this unit, the error status is indicated by the blinking of the indicator. There are ON/STANDBY indica-
tor and LAMP/COVER indicator on the upper case. The error differs depending on which indicator
blinks.
For details of the blinking state of indicator and the error, refer to the list below.

the tolerable range.

6 The power is not output normally.
10 The data cannot be normally acquired from
the storage device (EEPROM) when the
power of sub-CPU is turned on.
11 The data cannot be normally acquired from
the storage device (EEPROM) when the
power of main-CPU is turned on.
12 The main-CPU does not operate normally.
13 The main-CPU does not operate normally.
14 The connector of temperature sensor is
disconnected.
