Direct Dialling In (DDI)/Multiple
Subscriber Number (MSN)
Automatically directs the incoming calls
to a specific extension or Extension
Group according to the dialled number.
MSN is used for Point-to-Multipoint
connection, and a maximum of 10
phone numbers is available depending
on the ISDN services provided in each
area. DDI is used for Point-to-Point
connections, and you can make a
contract with your telephone company
to have as many DDI numbers as
necessary.
Explicit Call Transfer (ECT)
One on the ISDN services to transfer an
outside call to an outside line. After the
call has been trasferred, all channels
will be free.
Malicious Call Identification (MCID)
Users can ask the telephone company
to trace a malicious caller during a call
or after the caller hangs up.
Network Service Access
Some ISDN services may require
dialling of a special service access
code. In this case, the special access
code can be stored in a programmable
CO key on Digital System Telephones
for quick operation.
Three-Party
One of the ISDN services to enable the
conference call involving one extension
and two outside parties. During the
conference, only one channel will be
occupied.
