Transferring to a Backup Destination
When the number of waiting callers exceeds the pre-programmed number, or
when the call treatment table is programmed, it is possible to transfer the
waiting calls to backup destination such as:
• Voice Processing System (KX-TVP50 [optional]).
• Another extension (e.g., operator extension) or hunting group.
