Phantom key or dialling the Phantom
Extension Number.
System Speed Dialling
Up to 500 phone numbers (maximum
32 digits) can be programmed for
system speed dialling.
Toll Restriction
Allows or prohibits outgoing calls
based on the dialled digits. One of 8 Toll
Restriction Levels is set to each
extension.
Uniform Call Distribution (UCD)
The calls are distributed equally to all
the extensions in the Hunting Group.
Voice Mail Integration
The following 2 types are available:
1. Inband (DTMF) Integration
to integrate with third-party Voice
Processing Systems.
2. Outband (Digital) Integration
to integrate with Panasonic Voice
Processing Systems. The following
advanced features are available.

• Live Call Screening
User can hear
the caller's voice and then decide
whether or not to take the call.

• Two Way Recording
User can
record the conversation in his own
mailbox. Useful to keep as evidence
for the future reference.

• Two-Way Transfer
User can
record the conversation in another
person's mailbox. Useful for taking
messages for other people.

Absent Message
Allows users to set their telephones to
send one of 9 pre-programmed
messages, when receiving calls while
they are absent, to display on other
telephones (i.e., Digital System
Telephones with display). The following
are the examples of messages:
1. Will Return Soon
2. Gone Home
3. At Ext. xxxx (User can enter the
extension number as desired)
4. Back at xx:xx (User can enter the
time as desired)
5. Out until xx/xx (User can enter the
month and the day as desired)
6. In a Meeting
Account Code
Allows users to input an account code
for each phone call. Maximum of 10
digits, 3 modes (Option, Verified
Calls, Verified
Override), and 64 codes can be
registered:
1. Option Mode

optional.
2. Verified All Calls Mode

outgoing calls.
3. Verified Toll Restriction Override

Automatic Callback Busy (Camp on)

status of the extensions (Lamp off

Busy Override
Allows users to join in to an existing
conversation on another extension,
whether it is an outside or intercom call,
thereby establishing a three-party
conference call. The following 2 types
are available:
1. Extension Busy Override
a conversation on a busy extension
by dialling a special code (Executive
Busy Override
2. CO Key Busy Override
conversation on a busy outside line
by pressing the corresponding CO
line key (Executive Busy Override
Barge In).
Extensions can be set to refuse the
Busy Override (Executive Busy Override
Deny).
