- Page 4 ADDING WATER TO THE WATER TANK: Be sure power is turned off and power cord unplugged. Remove water tank according to the six steps below and add water accordingly. Note: Do not fill with hot water (104° F / 40° C or above). Use cold water for best cooling results. OPERATING THE FAN: Note: This is an inactive button.

SLEEPING: unit operates on High fan speed for the first 30 minutes, then Medium for the next 30 minutes and finally Low until Sleep mode is exited, unit powered off or end of preset time.
