ATTENTION:
• Valid firmware files must have the file extension S19. A file with any other
extension is not a firmware upgrade for this product and could cause the
switcher to stop functioning.

NOTE: The original factory-installed firmware is permanently available on the
SW HD 4K. If the attempted firmware upload fails for any reason, the switcher
reverts to the factory version.
On the Add Device window, the path to the new firmware file is displayed in the
field.

11. If this is the only device to which you are uploading firmware, click

Firmware Loader window and the Add Device window closes.
If you are uploading the firmware to multiple SW HD 4K switchers that are
connected to your computer, do the following:
a. Click (

b. For each additional device you want to add to the Firmware Loader window,
repeat steps 5 through 10, then click
