Variable-speed playback

Slow playback

You can play back tapes recorded in the SP and
LP mode at about one-fifth and one-third of the
normal tape speed, respectively.

Play back the tape.

Press one of the STILL ADV ( D or E )
buttons on the remote control unit.

Still-picture playback

If you press the ; button while the tape is
playing back, the camera-recorder is set to the
playback pause mode so that the still pictures of
the frames can be viewed.

Frame-feed playback

Frame-feed playback can be initiated by turning
the multi dial during still-picture playback. Turn
the multi dial upward to play back the tape in the
forward direction and downward to play it back
in the reverse direction.
SHUTTER/IRIS
VOL/JOG
O Press the 1 button to return to normal
playback.

Cue and review

The tape is cued by pressing the 5 button
while the tape is playing back and reviewed by
pressing the 6 button.
The tape is cued or reviewed only for as long as
the button is held down.
