Adjusting the volume

You can adjust the speaker volume when a tape
is being played back.
The adjustment will be reflected in the
headphone volume.

Hold down the multi dial until the audio level
meter is displayed.

Turn the multi dial to adjust the volume.

Press the multi dial to clear the level meter
display.

Connecting a TV to view images

When the camera-recorder is connected to a TV
set using the accessory AV cable or S-video
cord (option), you can view the playback images
on the TV screen.

Connect the camera-recorder to the TV set.

Start playback.
O Press the OSD button on the remote
control unit to display the information
(counter, mode displays) appearing on the
LCD monitor and viewfinder on the TV
screen.
The displays are cleared when the OSD
button is pressed again.

Checking the shooting date and
time
You can display the shooting date and time on
the screen by pressing the DATE/TIME button
on the remote control unit while a tape is playing
back.
Each time the button is pressed, the display
