Hello, we just bought a Kitchenaid stove YKFEG500EWH, convection reg bake time is way longer then my old stove, example: a casserole normally takes 2 hours but this one took 3-1/2 hours. last night chicken wings normally take 45min to an hour, they took 1-1/2 hours. its brand new. the store did not have a users/owners manual supplied so I've been trying to look on line. I contacted the store AW Appliance warehouse ( the only damage we were told it had was the back legs, bent in a bit, looks beautiful.) with my concern. they have not returned my call. is there something I can check? I was going to attempt to make a banana bread with a meat thermometer to see if the temp is what it says it is. please advise.
