Use the elevation map (refer to page 16) to determine the required angle for your location.
Set the dish to this angle using the elevation knob and indicator.
Also ensure the LNB on the front of the dish is set to the correct "skew angle"
See pages 14 and 15 and adjust the LNB according to the zone you are currently in.
