Entering and changing data in steps

By pressing
when a program is active, the step display will show 1. The data of the first
step can now be entered.
To move on to the next step press
again.
Choose desired cooking function then set temperature, time, core temperature, exhaust,
humidity and fan speed as in manual operation.
Stop between steps: To sound an alarm between steps press
a light will show for
confirmation. The oven will not proceed to the next step until the oven door is opened and
closed or the alarm
is pressed
To store a change made to a step mode, press
until 'Saved' appears.
Note
: Be careful only to use the wheel when a value flashes. If you turn the wheel while you
are working in STEpS the computer switches to the next programme and all changes are
lost.
A step can be deleted by pressing step
and alarm
simultaneously for 2 seconds.
When a programme has started all parameters are adjustable. These changes will then only
be active in the current run. Note that the display shows the total time remaining after start
and that it will show the time remaining in the current step when you press
