Proving
pROVING is a function for raising bread by adding humidity at temperatures between 30
and 40°C. These are optimal conditions for the yeast to expand.
Use the proving function for products that need proving before being baked.

Note: prebaked products do not need proving, whereas pre-proved products require
defrosting and baking.
