Turning
Transpose

you wish
to turn
transpose
ON,
press
TRANSPOSE
and confirm
that
its
indicator
is
lit.
Each time
you
press the
button
the
effect
is
turned
On
or
Off.
Setting the
Amount
of Transposition

shifted.
The
lollowing
will
be
shown
in
the display,
so
you

Transpose

the transposition value
is
stored
in
memory.
The
display
will
revert to
the
previous screen.
Since
the
unit retains
this
transposition
setting,
the
keyboard
will
be transposed by
the
same amount
the
next
time
Transpose
is
turned

Solo/Portamento
(PART)
This feature
allows
you
to
only play
one
note
at a
time-effective
for
playing
single
note
solos or the brass
+
woodwind
sounds
(for
example).
At
the
same
time, the
Portamento
effect will
be
applied. This
effect
pro-
vides
a
smooth
transition
in
pitch
between one
key
stroke
and
the
next.

SOLO/PORTAMENTO
and confirm

indicator

no
effect

you

SOLO/PORTAMENTO
