    Introduction The JetNet 5628G/5828G is a 19-inch 1U High Industrial 24+4G Modular Managed Ethernet Switch, equipped with 3 slots for maximum 24 10/100 Base-TX Ports or 18 100Base- FX Fiber interfaces ports plus 4 Gigabit RJ45 / MINI GBIC combo ports. The JetNet 5628G/5828G, a special design for substation automation and industrial control room, is also supports Jumbo Frame forwarding of up to 9.2Kbytes.
  • Page 3 2.2 Fast Ethernet Module: There are 3 available slots for Fast Ethernet Modules. 2.3 On Board Fixed Ports: 4 10/100/1000Mbps combo with 4 Gigabit SFP sockets. 2.4 Front Switch with Cap: Easy to turn on/off the switch after mounted to rack. 2.5 Digital Input/Output: 8 pin terminal block for Digital Input and Output.
  • Page 4 5. Mount the Switch to 19’’ rack 5.1 Attach the brackets to the device by using the screws provided in the Rack Mount kit. 5.2 Mount the device in the 19’ rack by using four rack-mounting screws provided by the rack manufacturer.
