Printing
Before printing
To use your multifunctional copier as a printer, you must first:
1. Install it completely (see Installation).
2. Make sure that it is switched on and on-line (the light indicator between
operator panel must be ON and the LCD must show COPIES:...1.....100%...PLAIN.
3. Make sure the settings in the printer driver correspond to your requirements.
4. Make sure that the multifunctional copier is selected as the output device for your print
job.
You should now:
1. Open the word processing/desk top publisher application you generally use.
2. Open or create the document you wish to print; edit and save it
3. Select the Print command in your application.
4. A window showing the multifunctional copier print job characteristics opens.
5. Select the paper type, size and source, number of copies, etc. that you require (see next
section for details), make sure that your multifunctional copier is selected as the
printer to be used and click OK.
