Basic play

Power ON.
Remote control sensor

Load the disc.
≥ Load double-sided discs so the label for the side you want to play is facing up.
≥ [RAM] Remove discs from their cartridges before use.
HDMI indicators
With HDMI connection ( page 7), these indicators light when:
: Video is output.
: Audio is output (Green: 2 ch/Orange: Multi-ch).
: 720p/1080i video is output (
Output Mode in Picture Menu).
Skip
≥ [RAM] [DVD-RW[‹VR›] Can also skip to the markers.
Stop
The position is memorized when "!" flashes on the display.
≥ Press [1] (PLAY) to resume.
[DVD-V] To review the previous chapters (

≥ Press [∫] to clear the position.
Standby/on switch (Í/I)
Press to switch the unit from on to standby mode or vice versa. In standby mode, the
