Use the density select key to set to "Manual" and keep pressing the
density key again for 5 sec, and the mode display will change from
"Manual" to "Photo" (blinking) and the currently set level is displayed
on the exposure level display. Under this state, adjust the density
adjustment key to set to the toner save mode or cancel it.
Press the left key:
Level "1" is lighted and the toner save mode
is set.
Press the right key:
Level "5" is lighted, and the toner save mode
is canceled.
When the density select key is pressed after adjustment, the mode
display stops blinking but remains lit to lighting to show that the
setting is completed.
5. AE level adjustment
Select "PHOTO" with the exposure select key, and keep pressing the
exposure select key for about 5 sec. The mode display will be
changed from "PHOTO" to "AUTO" (blinking). The currently set level
is displayed on the exposure level display. Under this state, operate
the exposure adjustment key to adjust the auto exposure level. When
the auto exposure level is adjusted, the exposure levels in the manual
mode and the photo mode are also shifted accordingly.
After completion of the adjustment, press the exposure select key,
and the blinking mode display will be lighted, ending the AE level
