5) Pull out the tray, and loosen the off center adjustment screw.
6) Slide the off center adjustment screw back and forth.
7) Make a copy and check that the copied line is at the center
of the copy paper. Repeat procedures 1) ∼ 7) until the copied
line comes in the specified range.
(2) DV bias adjustment

Set the digital multi meter range to DCV 300V.

Connect the test rod to the left pin (+ side) of the high voltage
PWB resistor and the chassis (GND).

Execute Sim 8-1.
(The DV bias voltage is outputted for 30 sec.)

Adjust the DV bias adjustment volume to set the output voltage to
–150±10V.
(3) Main charger
1
Set the digital multi meter range to DC700V or above.

Put the test rod to the GB (+ side) of the high voltage PWB and
the chassis (GND).

Execute Sim 8-2. (The main charger and the transfer charger are
turned on for 30 sec.)
4
Adjust the adjustment volume so that the output voltage is as
shown below.
