Cleaning Your Wireless Scale

You can clean your Wireless Scale using a cloth dampened with water. If water
is not enough to clean it, you can also use crystal vinegar.

Changing the Batteries

Your Wireless Scale uses four standard AAA batteries and has an autonomy of 12 months.
To check the battery level of your Wireless Scale; perform the following steps:
1. Open the Withings Health Mate® app.
2. Go to My devices.
3. Tap Wireless Scale.
4. Check the battery level displayed at the top.
