    Because the Wireless Scale is a connected scale, its true potential is achieved when you use it along with the Withings Health Mate® app. Beside allowing you to install your scale, the Withings Health Mate® app allows you to customize its display, to set a weight goal, and to check the entire history of your weight data.

    When you monitor your weight, it can also be useful to monitor your calorie intake with apps such as MyFitnessPal to help you reach your weight goal. Once you link both accounts, your Withings® account will be able to retrieve your daily calorie intake from MyFitnessPal.
