Problem
Possible causes
Vacuum
Power cord not plugged in

WARNING
To reduce the risk of electric shock, turn power switch off
and disconnect polarized plug from electrical outlet before
performing maintenance or troubleshooting checks.
Remedies
Check electrical plug
Check/replace fuse or reset breaker
Make sure brush switch is in "ON" position
Recline vacuum to operate brush
Locate brush reset button on lower
back right of unit and press red
button. Follow instructions on page 11.
Locate lower main hose and reattach by
pressing the latch and securing in place.
Check hose and replace if needed
Replace brush
a) Turn on the power to the rotating brush-
roll. b) If brushroll power does not work, fol-
low instructions on page 11 to reset brush.
Follow instructions on page 12 for
clearing clogs
Empty dirt container
Position correctly and lock in place
Rotate variable suction counter
clockwise for full suction power
Connect main lower hose to the hose inlet.
Check and clean pre-motor and
post-motor filters, see page 9
Empty dirt container
Check secondary cyclone, pre-motor and
post-motor filters for correct installation
Pull out and re-insert dirt container correctly
