Setting up the Center Mower Deck
1. Rotate the blade on each spindle until the ends face
forward and backward.
2. Measure from the floor to the front tip of the cutting
edge.
3. Adjust the shims (3 mm or 1/8 inch) on the front caster
fork(s) to match the height-of-cut decal

Setting up the Wing Mower Decks
1. Rotate the blade of each spindle until the ends face
forward and backward.
2. Measure from the floor to the front tip of the cutting
edge.
3. Adjust the shims (3 mm or 1/8 inch) on front caster
arm(s) to match the height-of-cut decal
Note: For the outside blade spindle only, refer to

Matching the Height-of-Cut Between
Mower Decks
1. Position blade side to side on outside spindle of both
wing mower decks.
2. Measure from the floor to the tip of the cutting edge
on both units and compare.
Note: These numbers should be within 3 mm (1/8
inch) of each other.
3. Add or remove shims (1/8 inch) as needed on side
castor wheels.
4. Check the measurement between the outside edges of
both wing mower decks and adjust as necessary.
