Paper size setup
In Printing Preferences:
→ Click tag "Layout"
→ Click button "Advanced"
→ Click button "Customize""
→ Select "paper size" or
Add new paper size.
→ Click "OK"

Create a custom size
In the Printers menu:
→ Right click
→ Select "Server
Properties"
→ Enter a "Form name"
→ Reset paper size
in the "Form description"
→ Click "OK"
