停電などでシステムが不正終了した場合、 次回の起動方法を設定します。

起動時の初期化作業を短縮し、 システムを素早く起動します。
通常のブートプロセスを実行します。
Fast Boot設定を解除し、 通常の起動プロセスを実行します。
不正終了後もFast Boot設定が維持されます。
