8.2 Setup mode

Hold Shift and press the Group key to enter
the Setup Menu:
Dimmer
About
Key Setup
System Setup
Press Group to exit
Use the Rotary to scroll through the list and
press to select a menu item.
Press the Master key to return to the previous
screen.
Press the Group key to return to Normal
mode.

8.3 Adjusting the brightness

Scroll to the Dimmer menu:

System Setup
Press Group to exit
There are two settings. Press the Rotary to
toggle bright or dim. The dimmer affects the
screen and key brightness.

8.5 Assigning Key Sources

The audio source for each of the 16 Select
keys can be freely assigned to suit your
application.
Select the Key Setup
Source:
Name:
Members:
Preset:
A list of available sources is displayed. Use
the Rotary to scroll through and press to
select the required source:
Source:
Unassigned – The key does not select any
audio source. Choose when you want to
leave keys unused or used for presets only.
Group – Sets the key to be a group with a
master affecting the overall level of all
channels assigned as its members. For
example a 'Drums' or 'Vocals' group.
Aux Input – Selects the local stereo line input
available on the rear of the mixer.
Auto Mode – The key automatically assigns
the first available channel not already
assigned.
1kHz Sine – A sine wave tone for testing and
setting levels of equipment connected to the
ME-1 outputs.
Channels 1-40 – Assign an individual source
to the key from one of up to 40 channels
received via the Cat5 cable.
Note
Stereo channel pairs assign to single
keys if stereo link data is received from the
connected source (GLD, ME-U, Aviom
Note
The source list will display channel
names if these are received from the
connected source (GLD, ME-U).
