12V Trigger Mode
When 12V TRIGGER mode is selected the NetPower may be switched into or out of standby using
a suitable DC source connected to the 12V trigger input.

Alternatively the NetPower may be switched into or out of standby manually using the front panel
Standby button.
4. 12V trigger Input
Connect the 12V Trigger Input to a DC trigger source (minimum 5V) using a 3.5mm mono jack
cable. Connect "+" to the jack tip, and "-" to the sleeve.
5. 12V Trigger Output
The 12V Trigger Output is connected directly to the Input so that multiple amplifiers can be
controlled from a single source.
6. Gain
This control adjusts the gain the NetPower. When set to maximum (fully clockwise) the voltage
gain is 29dB (740mV for full power of 55W into 8 ohms). The control range is 20dB.
7. Line Input
Connect audio input cables to these RCA (phono) sockets.
8. Line Output
The Line Out RCA (phono) sockets are connected directly to their respective Line In sockets. This
allows for multiple power amplifiers to be driven from a single source. Please take note of the
increased loading this will present to the source signal.
9. Loudspeaker Outputs
There are two pairs of speaker terminals for each channel allowing two pairs of speakers to be
connected with ease. Ensure that in each case the red terminal is connected to the red or "+"
terminal on the loudspeaker and the black terminal to the black or "-" terminal.
Note: Never make any direct connection between any LEFT terminal and any RIGHT terminal.
The NetPower amplifier can drive impedances down to 4Ω i.e. one pair of 4Ω loudspeakers or two pairs
of 8Ω loudspeakers. Note: This rule does not apply in bridge mode.
10. Bridged (Mono) Mode
To operate in Bridged (Mono) Mode, insert the Bridged Mode link into the Line Out sockets, so
that it links left and right channels. Note: as the line outputs are directly connected to the line
inputs, this means that the left and right line inputs are also now connected together.
A single loudspeaker should now be connected between the LEFT "+" and RIGHT "-" terminals, as
indicated by the diagonal line.
Note: When in bridge mode, then netpower amplifier can only drive a single 8Ω loudspeaker.
