3. OPERATING THE APPLIANCE

• P lace the mixer on a flat, stable and dry
surface.
• W ith the mixer switched off, turn the
unlocking button 90º and you can raise the
head of the stand mixer.
• I nsert and adjust the desired rod. Place the
bowl on the base.
• I ntroduce the food to be prepared into the
bowl.
• L ower the head of the stand mixer and
make sure the bowl cover is correctly
fitted.
• P lug the device into the wall socket and
regulate the speed.
• D uring the preparation, food can be added
through the cover. Never introduce
knives or other metal elements.
• I f the rods have to be changed or any
other operation carried out, switch the
device off.
• U nplug the mixer to clean it.
• C lean the bottom of the bowl and all the
utensils.
Never introduce the base into water.
