2. TECHNICAL DETAILS

This device complies with the European

and Low Voltage and in conformity with
EEC regulations related to materials in
contact with food.

3. OPERATING THE APPLIANCE

• Place the mixer on a flat, stable and dry
surface.
• With the mixer switched off, press the
unlocking button and automatically you
can raise the mixer body.
• Insert the rod and adjust it. Place the bowl
on the base.
• Introduce the food to be prepared into the
bowl
• Lower the body of the mixer. Make sure
that the bowl cover is tightly adjusted.
• Plug the device into the wall socket and
regulate the speed.
• During the preparation, food can be added
through the cover. Never introduce
knives or other metal elements.
• If the rods have to be changed or any
other operation carried out, switch the
device off.
• If you want to use the mixer as a jar
beater or grinder, remove the high-speed
outlet cover and adjust the corresponding
accessory.
• If you want to use the mixer to process
food, grind meat, prepare sausages or
prepare noodles, remove the low speed
outlet cover and adjust the corresponding
accessory.
• Unplug the mixer to clean it. Never
introduce the base into water.
• Clean the bottom of the bowl and all the
accessories.
