IMPORTANT NOTES

Thank you for choosing a fan of SINGER. Each unit has been manufactured to ensure
safety and reliability. Before fi rst use, please read these instructions carefully and retain
them for future reference.
1.
Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before
you connect the appliance.
2.
Use the appliance only for its designated purpose.
3.
Always use on a dry, level surface.
4.
Do not use the fan in circumstances where inductive dust or rust exists.
5.
To protect against electrical shock do not place fan in window or spray with liquids.
6.
Do not operate in the presence of explosive or fl ammable fl ames.
7.
Do not place fan or any parts near an open fl ame, cooking or other heating appliance.
8.
Do not hang or mount the fan on a wall or ceiling.
9.
Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is used by or near children.
10. Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
11. Avoid contacting moving parts. Never attempt to put your fi nger into the guard cover or touch
the blade when the fan works.
12. Do not operate without fan grills properly in place.
13. Turn off the unit before moving, cleaning or maintaining the fan. Never pull off the cable to
disconnect it from the socket. Instead, unplug by pulling the plug from the socket.
14. Do not use the appliance if the cord, the plug, the base or the appliance itself is damaged.
Return appliance to a SINGER service center for examination repair or adjustment.
15. Do not attempt to dismantle any part of the fan. This should only be done at a SINGER service centre.
16. All repairs must be carried out by an authorized SINGER service center.
