3.6.1

Password Configuration

Select Security Setup from the SOM-5787/6787 Setup main BIOS setup menu. All
Security Setup options, such as password protection and virus protection are
described in this section. To access the sub menu for the following items, select the
item and press <Enter>:
Change Supervisor / User Password
Boot sector Virus protection: The boot sector virus protection will warn if any pro-
gram tries to write to the boot sector.
