New 3 group commands of ID Talk and RS-232C

PIP/PAP Batch
The new group commands are introduced for being capable of a simpler programming. Multi
Display and PIP/PAP requires plural settings should be changed according to the procedures.
After introducing them, the setting of the display is done by sending a single command only.

Power On Batch
When turning on the display, plural settings are required. For example, "Turn on", "Select
Input" and then "A specific volume level" should be set. It is also done by a single command.
