Document Tray
Set the document to be scanned by the
Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).

Automatic Document Feeder
(ADF)
Use to automatically feed and scan docu-
ments.

Output Tray
Documents scanned using the Automatic
Document Feeder (ADF) are discharged
here.

Used when manual scanning is complet-
ed.

Used when starting manual scanning.

Indicators
For confirming the status of the unit.
7.
Power Switch
For switching on and off the power to
this unit.

Rotary Switch
Used for setting the SCSI ID.

DIP Switches
These switches are for setting the opera-
tion mode.
10.
Hard Reset Switch
This switch resets the power to this unit.
Use to validate the settings of the DIP
Switches and Rotary Switch.
11.
SCSI/IEEE1394 Selection Switch
Use to switch between the SCSI interface
and the IEEE1394 Interface (optional) .
