• Wait for a couple of minutes for the Broadband light to
go steady green.
• If your Broadband light fails to go steady green, please
check your cable connections and ensure that you have
connected to the correct phone socket for your correct
DSL enabled line.
• Upon completing the above checks and failure for the
Broadband light to go steady green, please contact the
Technical Support team as per number provided in your
welcome pack.
