COOLING MODE
Q1 The compressor has stopped
suddenly during cooling
operation.
DEHUMIDIFYING MODE
Q1
Sound of running water is heard from
indoor unit during dehumidifying.
Q2 Compressor occasionally does not
operate during dehumidifying.
Q3 Cold air comes out during a
dehumidifying operation.

The operation does not stop even by
setting the temperature higher than
room temperature on the remote
controller.
HEATING MODE
Q1
The circulation stops
occasionally during Heating
mode.

When the fan speed is set at
HIGH or MED, the flow is
actually Weak.

Heating operation stops while
the temperature is preset at
"30".

Check if indoor heat
exchanger is frosted.
Wait for 3-4 minutes until it is
defrosted.
