7-1. Export Auxiliary Power Receptacles

Use GFCI protection when operat-
ing auxiliary equipment. If unit does
not have GFCI receptacles, use
GFCI-protected extension cord. Do
not use GFCI receptacles to power
life support equipment.

Unplug power cord before attempt-
ing to service accessories or tools.

120V 15/20A AC Receptacle GFCI1
Receptacles supply 60 Hz single-phase
power at weld/power speed.

Test GFCI monthly. See Section 7-2
for GFCI information and for reset-
ting and testing procedures.
Maximum output is 2.4 kVA/kW from GFCI1

EXAMPLE: If 13 A is drawn from RC1, only
7 A is available at GFCI1:
(240 V x 13 A) + (120 V x 7 A) =

Circuit Breaker CB2
CB2 protects GFCI1 from overload. If a cir-
cuit breaker opens, the receptacle does not
work. Press CB2 to reset breaker.

Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker
ELCB1
ELCB1 protects RC1 from Earth leakage
fault. If circuit breaker opens the receptacle

does not work. Place circuit breaker switch
in the On position to reset breaker.

At least once a month, press test but-
ton. If ELCB is working properly, power
will be disconnected. Reset breaker.
