pressing another Call Appearance key while on a call. Your call is
automatically placed on hold and the Call Appearance flashes to indicate
the held conversation.
1. During a call, press Hold or a new Call Appearance key.
2. If you selected Hold, press a Call Appearance key and complete the
call.
3. Return to the original call by pressing the flashing hardkey.
4. Go On-Hook after the call is complete.

Transfer, Conference and Drop

These very useful features are available on your Teleset. Transfer,
Conference and Drop are actually switch features and must programmed
both in the switch and in the Teleset.
The Conference key can give you access to 3-way and/or 6-way
conferencing, depending upon which features are administered by your
service provider.
