Two graduated scales (1 by output) indicate you 64 power levels.
You also find 6 order keys (scheme, page 10) :
- 1 ON/OFF "O" - a short press
- 1 "P" to select the programs - a short press
- 2 "+/-" keys per output, in each side of the LCD display, to adjust the intensity of the stimulation.
A long (1 sec.) press on the "-" key allows to return the power level rapidly to zero.
FUNCTION 1 - "ON / OFF" SWITCH
• A short press on the "O" key puts the device under or off power.
• Every time under power, the device makes an auto-test on 11 essential parameters at the level of the safety of its operation.
During the auto-test segments and pictograms are lit during 0,5 second.
• If an internal defect in the device is detected, all the pictograms flash. Send back the device to the After Sale Service.
• The auto-test does not take into consideration the used batteries. When the batteries are used the autotest cannot be performed.
• One long press (over 3 sec) on the "O" key stirs up the auto-test.
In this case, stop the device by pressing the "O" key and then press shortly the "O" key again.
FUNCTION 2 - CHOICE OF A PROGRAM "P"
Just make one or several presses on the "P" key, the programs ravel.
The programs are announced by numbers from 1 to 4.
Once the program is chosen, the program number is shown on the display. (see page 10).
Once the program is chosen, you can start it by increasing only one of the both "+"keys.
During the program the "P" key is inactive.
FUNCTION 3- END OF PROGRAM - STOP
• At the end of the program the device stops automatically.
• To stop the device during a program, you just have to turn 2 power keys to zero or to press the "O" key.
• In case of emergency, press the "O" key.
FUNCTION 4 - ADJUSTMENT THE POWER
You have 64 levels from 0 to 64 to adjust the electro-stimulation power.
Between two segments, there are 7 power levels or 4 short press on "+" key.
FUNCTION 5 - BATTERIES
• If the batteries are "good", there is no blinking.
• If the batteries are "weak", two segments (the 6th segment) blink (scheme page 10). Your device still works.
• If the batteries are "used", two segments (the 10th segment) blink (scheme page 10).
• If your device stops, even during a program: change the batteries.
FUNCTION 6 - DISCONNECTION
Your device is endowed with an accessory disconnecting detector.
If there is no contact between the skin and the accessory, the power is stopped on the concerned output (channel A or B).
You are warned of the disconnection by blinking of the 1
If no accessory is in contact with the body, the power cannot be emitted.
III. CONTACT CREAM
The SPORT-ELEC® cream is used with accessory.
It also may be used for a manual massage of the body as well.
The cream facilitates the contact between electrodes and skin.
Its massaging and electroconducting properties improve comfort and efficiency of the stimulation.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS BY USING THE CREAM
• In case of allergy, stop to apply the cream.
• Do not swallow.
• Do not leave with the range children.
• In case of contact with eyes rinse with water.
IV. USE THE BOBY CONTROL SYSTEM WITH THE BELT
PRESENTATION OF THE BELT :
• Front side (photo I - B page 2): 1 = Wire storage 2 = Connection plugs 3 = Scratch strap
• Electrode side (photo I - D page 2): 4 built-in electrodes
STEP 1 : INSTALL AND CONNECT THE BELT
- Make sure that your BODY CONTROL SYSTEM unit is switched OFF.
- Take the connectors of the unit and plug them to the belt plugs by 2 groups (photo I - F page 2).
- Apply a thick layer of the electro-conductive massage cream on the built-in electrodes of the belt (the convex part - photo I - E
page 2)
- Place the belt on your abdominal muscles in such a way that the electrodes should be centred on your abs. Adjust them using the
"scratch" straps making sure that the built-in electrodes are in contact with the skin (photos I page 2 : B - abdominal muscles).
STEP 2 : START A SESSION
Once the unit is connected, make yourself comfortable and start your device following the procedure "Starting the unit" detailed
previously in paragraph II (page 11).
Do not try to increase the intensity too quickly.
If the power seems being too strong, decrease it by pressing briefly on the "-". key.
A long press on the "-" key returns the power to its minimal level. This oper ation does not switch off the device.
Do not hesitate to place the belt slightly to the left or right (after switching the power key on zero) in order to feel the contractions
on the whole abdominal area.
If an electrode hurts or if you feel some tingling, it is necessary to stop the device and to verify whether the electrode is well
covered with cream.
Caution : Press the "+" key only during stimulation. Don't press the "+" key when there's no stimulation.
STEP 3 : END OF THE SESSION
Once the program is finished, switch off the device and unplug it from the belt.
Remove the surplus of cream from the built-in electrodes with a moistened cloth and dry the belt.
Store carefully your material.
V. USE THE BOBY CONTROL SYSTEM WITH THE PANTY
PRESENTATION OF THE PANTY :
• Front side (photo I - G page 2): 1 = Wire storage, 2 = Connection plugs, 3 = Scratch strap
• Electrode side (photo I - D page 2): 4 built-in electrodes
STEP 1 : CONNECT AND INSTALL THE PANTY
- Make sure that your SPORT-ELEC® device is switched OFF.
- Take the connectors of the unit and plug them to the panty plugs by 2 groups (photo I - F page 2).
- Apply a thick layer of the electro-conducting cream to the built-in electrodes of the panty (the convex part - photo I - E page 2)
- Place the panty on your butts (photos I page 2 : G = butts).
STEP 2 : START A SESSION
Once your device is connected, make yourself comfortable and start your device following the procedure "Starting the unit" detailed
previously in paragraph II.
- Do not try to increase the intensity too quickly.
- If the power seems to you too strong, decrease it by pressing briefly on the "-". key.
A long press on the "-" key returns the power to its minimal level. This operation does not switch off the device.
- Do not hesitate to place the panty slightly to the left or right (after switching the power key on zero) in order to feel the contrac-
tions on the whole area of buttocks.
- If an electrode hurts or if you feel some tingling, it is necessary to stop the device and to verify whether the electrode is well
covered with cream.
