    Model UT71C/D/E: OPERATING MANUAL The automatic power off is preset to 10 minutes. From Chapt er 2 the Setup menu (see Chapter 5), you could specify a Gett in g Acquain t e d time (10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes or OFF). If you set to OFF, the Meter retains on until you turn the rotary switch to OFF or the battery becomes too weak.
