no video output in single channel, multiple channels and all
channels.
Possible reasons:
Video format incorrect. Please ensure it is set corerctly, either PAL or
NTSC. (Australia = PAL).
The image brightness is all 0. Please restore the default setup.
There is no video input signal or the signal is too weak.
The hardware of the DVR is damaged.
real-time image problems such as serious distortion of the image
color or the brightness, etc.
Possible reasons:
The DVR does not match with the impedance of the monitor.
The video transmission distance is too far or the attenuation of video
transmission cable is too big.
The setting of color and brightness for the DVR is wrong.
cannot find video files in local playback.
Possible reasons:
Something is wrong with the data cable or the jumper of the hard disk
The hard disk is damaged or no video data.
Record function has been disabled. Please click Record icon under Setup
to enable it.
The video files you want to see have been overwritten after a recent disk
format.
Blurred screen when viewing the local video.
Possible reasons:
The video quality is set too low.
The program data reads wrongly, always become normal after rebooting
up the DVR.
Something is wrong with the data cable or the jumper of the hard disk
The hard disk is damaged.
The hardware of the DVR is damaged.
