    A-18 / ENGLISH OPERATING THE MACHINE The Captor™ is a rider-type automatic À oor sweeping and scrubbing machine. It is designed to sweep up debris, lay down cleaning solution, scrub the À oor, and vacuum dry all in one pass. The sweeping and scrubbing operations can also be performed separately. The controls on the Captor were designed with one touch operation in mind.

    SWEEPING Follow the instructions in preparing the machine for use section of this manual. While seated on the machine, adjust the seat and steering wheel to a comfortable operating position using the adjustment controls (51) and (NN). Release the Parking Brake (GG). To transport the machine to the work area, apply even pressure with your foot on the front of the Drive Pedal (OO) to go forward or the rear of the pedal for reverse.

    ENGINE COOLANT Lift the Engine Cover (22) and observe the coolant level in the Coolant Recovery Tank (23). If the level is low, add a mixture of half water and half automotive type anti-freeze. Está diseñado para limpiar residuos, verter una solución de limpieza, fregar el suelo y aspirarlo todo de una pasada. Las operaciones de fregado y de barrido también pueden realizarse por separado.

La frecuencia de mantenimiento indicada corresponde a condiciones normales de utilización. Si la máquina se utiliza en condiciones más duras, puede ser necesario el mantenimiento con mayor frecuencia.

    MANTENIMIENTO DEL CEPILLO PRINCIPAL Dado que el motor del cepillo principal gira siempre en la misma dirección, las cerdas acaban por curvarse, reduciendo la e¿ cacia del barrido. Para corregir esto puede retirar el cepillo principal y darle la vuelta. Este procedimiento debe realizarse cada 30 horas de funcionamiento. El cepillo principal debe cambiarse cuando las cerdas estén gastadas hasta una longitud de 6,35 cm.
