initiator.

Allocation Length. Specifies the maximum number of bytes the Initiator has allocated for
returned data. A value of 0 (zero) indicates that no data will be transferred (not considered
an error). The Target will terminate the DATA IN phase when the specified number of bytes
have been transferred or when all available diagnostic data bytes have been returned.
