Clean filter indicator

Thecleanfilter indicator t ellsyou whenthe airflow
in yourvacuumis reduced dueto dirty filtersor a
cloginthe hose. T hecleanfilter indicator w ill remain
greenwhilethe unit is running untilthe airflowis
reduced bya clogor dirtyfilter.At thattime,it begins
to change to redor black.Whenit is fullyred,the
airflowis significantly r educed or cloggedbya dirty
filter.Followthe stepsonpage11 to cleanyour
filters.Allfilters inthe vacuum shouldbe cleaned or
replaced whenthe cleanfilterindicatorturnsred.
Ifthe indicator f umsblack, i t means youhavea clog
inyourhose. T ocheckandremove the clog,remove
the hose from the unitbyturningtheTwist'nSnap
hoseto the right Tryto visually locatetheclog.Once
youhavedonethis,usea bluntlongobjectsuchasa
broomhandle to loosenandremove thedebris. O nce
thisiscompleted, reassemble the hosetothe unit.
If the indicatorremainsred or black with the
vacuum running,follow the steps on page 15 to
check for and clear clogs.
NOTE: Whenyourvacuumis turnedoff,
the cleanfilter indicator will goto the red
colorsetting. T hecleanfilter indicator
onlydetectsreductions i n airflowwhen
thevacuumpoweris on.
