Replacedrive belt
1.
Unplugthe vacuumfrom electricaloutlet.
2.
With rotating floor brushremovedfrom
vacuumcleaner(Steps1-4 of check
rotating floor brushand drive belt),
graspold drive belt and removefrom
motor pulley.Discardthe old drive belt.
3.
Placenew drivebelt overmotor pulley
and loop otherend overrotatingfloor
brushin the spacebetweenthe bristles.
NOTE:It is important that you use only
genuine BISSELLreplacement belts.
Genericbelts may not meet the exacting
specifications required to keep your
vacuum operating at its peak performance.
The use of unbranded belts could lead to
early failure of the vacuum and could void
your warranty.

Pull the rotatingfloor brushfirmly
into position,stretchingthe drive belt
and placeendsof rotating floor brush
down into the slots on sides as shown.
Alignmentof brushends in slots may be
necessaryto fully insert the brush.
Turnrotatingfloorbrushbyhandseveral
timesin the directionof motorpulley. I f
properlyinstalled,drivebeltwill center
itselfon rotatingbrushcrown.
Insertfront edge of brushcover,rotate
into place,and snap 3 latches.

Replacelightbulb
1.
Unplug t hevacuum fromelectrical outlet.
2.
Usinga flat bladed screwdriver,pry the tab
on the left and right side out and pull out to
removethe lens.

Removethe bulb from the socket by
graspingthe bulb and pulling gently.Install
the new bulb by pushing it gently into the
socket until the bulb snaps into place.
Repositionthe lens and snapit back
into place.
